Warm and cute staff created a friendly environment,, spacious and comfy room provided a restful sleep. Great parking made access easy.

Clean hotel, extremely friendly staff & marvellous and comfortable location close to area of where family was. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and central heating, flat-screen TV, and a mini refrigerator in the room. Location near a local restaurant, a grocery and clothing store, and Waffle House. Good service overall. High speed internet access and early check in.

The staff has always been helpful.

A night to forget

The staff were responsive when I needed help, but the experience was overshadowed by discomfort. Being near the freeway made it accessible, though.

The room was in disrepair. Smoke and mold plagued the atmosphere. I felt compelled to sleep fully clothed on top of the sheets. Not an ideal stay.

I stayed for two nights and loved that east lake park is just a 3 km stroll away. There are plenty of shopping malls only across the street making it easy to explore the city.

I did not like the other room in the 2 bedroom was set up. Not like it was stated on the website.

All in all they offer nice service. It has very nice employees.

I had no problem with check in, but when I got into my room, the sink was DIRTY I mean DIRTY with hair in it. So of course, made me look at the bathtub and just like I thought it was DIRTY as well.

It wasn't exactly economical but acceptable considering the circumstances.

The trash dumpster being emptied every morning at 1:30 or 2:00 a.m.

First it is hard to find and very hard to get into you have go go behind a waffle house and it is very confusing we had to turn around several time before we were able to find the drive way..Checked in to the room it was very nasty the headboard was broken, the one chair was ripped in the seat, coffee pot was broken. The next morning I went down to get some coffee and they would not let me bring it to the room said I had to drink it in the breakfast area..The India people were very very rude!!!

The location had a few good nearby restaurants. The room had a strong smoke smell, and the bed linens were dirty.

I booked and paid for in advance for 4 days. When I got back to the motel on the second night, all of my belongings were gone. For some reason my paid for room was empty. I went to the front desk and they had everything in a closet looking room. All my work clothes were put in a plastic bag and were very wrinkled. I cannot understand why a room that was paid for was emptied. I felt like I had been robbed.

Clean room, very friendly staff, close to where I needed to be. Close to freeways. Close to good food. Very budget friendly. Would recommend to friends.
